How To Order

8Q:- How do I order a picture?

: To start with you will need to E-Mail a photo/photos. I can then tell you if your photo/photos are suitable to use *Quality of photo & suitable pose for theme you choose*.

: E-mail your photo with your contact details and what type of work theme/colours you would like, or you can leave it up to me to work my magic for you :- ZinaZees_Enchanting_Images@live.co.uk

: For best results photos being submitted should be high resolution. Ideal size to work with would be 1-2MB or bigger if to small they tend to pixelate "low resolution" please do not crop your photos before sending JPG - BMP - GIF.

If you want to check the size of your photo before sending to make sure it is big enough all you need to do is hover your mouse over the photo you want to have enhanced *Do not click on photo* a box will then pop up showing you the file size.

: If you are scanning your photos scan at 200 - 300 dpi. Photos should be non grainy or blurry as these tend to make it harder to work with and your end result my be afectted. End results do vary depending on the Quality of photo's submitted. Please do not send photos from mobile phones or straight from Facebook or any other site alike as they tend to shrink your photos.

8Q:- When do I pay for my order. What type of payment do you use?

: PAYMENT is due before I start work designing your picture, once we have agreed on theme and colours I will then start work on your design. You will receive a sample & any changes needed made.

: Payment method used PAYPAL you do not need an account to pay by PAYPAL. or you can pay by BANK TRANSFER or CASH if you are picking up in person.

8Q:- How much is an Enhanced Picture & How do I receive my Finished Picture?

: HIGH RESOLUTION Digital picture (file) jpg Via E-Mail £10.00 Print yourself or online photo site. ie:- Photobox/Tesco/Truprint/My pix/Snap mad.

: 10x12" Presented in a picture mount frame/backing board sealed in a cello bag £15.40 including p&p UK only. Delivered via Royal Mail.

: Your picture can be put onto disc £11.40 including p&p to print yourself or upload /take to a photo shop.

8Q:- How many persons can I have in one picture?

: You can have up to two ie: children/adults/pets in one picture.

: Additional children/adults/pets will be £1.00 each.

8Q:- If I live local can I come in person with photo & pick up finished work & pay?

: If you live local yes that would be ok to come in person along with your photo and payment, e-mail me & we can sort all the details.

8Q:- Poses?

: Example for a fairy scene, pose could be sat at an angle with child/adult face forwarding. I would suggest if you want Angel-Elf-Fairy or any other with wings for best results ensure the child/adult is wearing either a nappy or a plain coloured dress or T-shirt/shorts sleeve less top for best results.

8Q:- How do you post. How much is the delivery charge?

: Via Royal mail, deliverly charges vary depending on what you have ordered and where you live (International customers) Contact me for delivery charge.

8Q:- How long will it take for my enhanced photo art to be created?

: I will work on your order & aim to contact you again either same day or within 1-2 working days with your sample proof which will be via e-mailed & adjustments made to suit your wishes.

: Orders will normally be completed within 2 working days.

8Q:- What happens if I change my mind once I have agreed the proof?

: Where possiable I will always try to accommodate your request. But this is not always possiable due to work already been printed.
